Hypnotherapy hypnosis is a 2 way street, it has to be done through cooperation not confrontation. It  is an excellent and effective way of treating phobias, low confidence, stopping smoking, weight loss, habits, insomnia, stress, anxiety, and many other things. it can be used on children  or adults.   • Going into a state of hypnosis is a very normal natural activity.
